There are times when we all need a coach. athletes and top-tier business executives seek them (as should we) because balancing life can be tough. All too often we find ourselves feeling: 

 

OVERWHELMED WITH responsibilities, info overload, and confusing claims

UNWORTHY of happiness, and loving relationships (with ourselves and others)

INOPERABLE stuck in a rut, personally/professionally, UNable to BREAK free

HOPELESS thinking our current condition is as good as it gets

 

"Information alone does not automatically equate to life transformation."

 

SADLY most health models are built solely on information. people fail, not because they lack the knowledge, but rather they lack the ability to follow through on what they already know they should be doing. THAT'S WHERE I COME IN!    

John never took my personal responsibility. He supported as well as challenged me to replace the old limiting beliefs and behaviors that were holding me back. For that I am ever grateful!
